Habs Pull Off Comeback on Cammallieri Hat Trick Win 6-5 over Rangers – Leaf Lose Again – Boston 4-3 over Ottawa NHL October 24, 2009

Wow, how did that happen?  I turned off the game when the Habs fell behind 3-1, but it looks like my new favorite Hab Mike Cammallieri turned a Hat Trick and gave the sell out Saturday night crowd their money’s worth which is good as his salary is big enough!

Jacques Martin must give good between period speeches as Montreal came roaring out the next two periods before winning in OT.   Jaroslav Halak got the win, but probably didn’t play well enough to get the next start.   Marc Andre Bergeron potted another goal, but caused giveaways that led to goals.

You don’t get the next Marc Streit for $750K per year so this is something Hab fans will have to get used to this season.

The Leafs lost again.  I guess the question is how many losses do you take in the pool before they get their first win.   Brian Burke is not looking very smart right now.

Ottawa lost to Boston 4-3 in the shootout.   Goals from Michalek, Fisher, and Alfredsson weren’t enough to get the W.

Calgary keeps doing it without major impacts from Jokinen or Iginla as they crossed the Bulin Wall defeating Edmonton 5-2.
