CHARGES LAID
(North Dundas) – On 22Nov09, at approximately 1:30am, SD&G OPP officers had occasion to conduct a traffic stop on County Road 31, North Dundas Township.
The stop revealed that the 43yr old male driver (Marc Goupil of Morrisburg, On) was operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol.
He was arrested and faces charges of:
- Impaired Driving-Motor Vehicle
- Drive Over 80mgs-Motor Vehicle
He is scheduled to appear 05Jan10 in Morrisburg court.
(South Glengarry) – On 21Nov09, at approximately 10:00pm, SD&G OPP officers were conducting a RIDE program at the junction of on County Road 34 and 17 in the village of Lancaster.
A grey Honda was checked at the RIDE stop and the 46yr old male driver (Roderick Allen Macleod of North Glengarry Township) was found to be operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol.
He was arrested and faces charges of:
- Impaired Driving-Motor Vehicle
- Drive Over 80mgs-Motor Vehicle
He is scheduled to appear 16Dec09 in Alexandria court.
