Toronto Beats TB 4-3 – Hossa Scores 2 in Return Hawks Bite Sharks 7-2 – November 26, 2009

Marian Hossa likes his new team.   He potted 2 goals in his first game back from injury as the Black Hawks destroyed the San Jose Sharks 7-2 in San Jose. Cristobal Huet earned yet another win.   Joe Thornton, thinking this was a play off game came through with 1 shot on goal with over 6 minutes of Power Play time in the loss.

N H L S C O R E S The Habs lost 3-1 to Pittsburgh.  Carey Price ate the loss and Max Pacioretty scored the lone Montreal goal.

They’re back to their being out shot (30-18 last night) and hoping Carey can do the job game plan which really doesn’t lead to wins.   Back to when I worked for the Habs I always suggested that the more time you spend in the attacking zone the better the chance of winning the game.

The injury decimated Habs seem to have more issue doing that when Mr. Price is in goal than Mr. Halak.  I wonder why?

The Sens fell to Marty Brodeur and the Devils 3-1 last night.  Brian Elliot got the Loss.
