Lorna Foreman, local journalist has put together eleven years of her musings for Fifty-Five Plus Magazine.“When Life Becomes Real” is not just for the older generation - these articles touch on the human situations most of us have or will likely experience, at some point in our lives. Lorna has also written “Wheat Watchers” a cookbook for Celiacs.
Chloe and Abraham Fox, musicians known as Safta & Saba are pleased to launch their book and CD “Around the World in Song”. Influenced by such musicians as the Weavers, and Theodore Bikel, their collection of songs in 21 different languages is sure to please young children and adults alike…sung in the original language by Chloe, English words are available in the book. Chloe is also author of “Intuitive Cooking” a vegan guide to healthy eating.
