Coronation Street First Teenage Lesbian Kiss – Corrie’s Sophie Webster – February 10, 2010
Coronation Street’s resident Bible Thumping teen Sophie Webster to snog her teen girlfriend in the legendary British Soaper’s first Lesbian kiss scene.
“Rumours surfaced last year about the future storyline, and Brooke and Sian have long agreed on how to act out the scenes.
Brooke said in an interview last year: “I’ve just told her as long as she sticks to her own side when it comes to the kissing scenes things will be fine. But no tongues!”
We probably won’t see the scenes here in Canada for almost a year, but for those of you that peek at the updates available on the net it’s no surprise.

I watch it faithfully and have done so ever since it’s been available here in Canada. I don’t see “the kiss” as being anything newsworthy as it seems to me that this is natural.
