Number one place to refill cartridges in downtown Cornwall…. Last time I looked, they were the ONLY place to get cartridges refilled. I have to admit that the amateur looking publicity ads do hurt my retinas. Yellow is good, but too much isn’t so good!

I hear their internet cafe will be great too, offering espresso-cappuccino and many different coffee’s from Coffey’s Coffee. Now if only they had longer hours, earlier in the AM and later in the PM.
