Cornwall Free News Still Number One in our Market – Still Growing – Thank you to our nearly 60,000 Viewers for July 2011!

Cornwall ON –   Hey Cornwall, you really do love us!   Or at least read us.  Congrats on becoming our number one city this month edging out Ottawa which has usually dominated the number one spot.   Of the nearly 60,000 viewers of the Cornwall Free News in the past 30 days 28.14% of you were from Cornwall.   Ottawa was number two at 27.27%, Toronto at just about 12% followed by Montreal, Kingston, Vancouver, Edmonton, Brockville (or Brock Vegas as a friend of mine calls it),  Calgary and Kitchener round out our top ten cities.

We’re still the number one ranked Canadian media site in Cornwall according to Alexa at 2,538 followed by The Standard Free Holder at 5,579, Corus Radio’s the cornwall daily at 7,911 and in a distant 4th the Seaway News at 22,672.

Thanks to everyone for your support and viewership and as many of you have noticed we do listen and appreciate your emails and suggestions.  You can contact us at info@cornwallfreenews.com or on our hotline at   613 361 1755.

Things are hopping as we have some new clients and some new video commercials rolling out!  Please remember it’s our sponsors and partners that allow us to keep bringing you news, views, and reviews 24/7 from Cornwall Ontario!  Show them some love and support if you can or at least say nice things about us to them 🙂

The Ontario Provincial Election and our new Arts & Cultural Partnership (Events, Venues, Organizations, and Artists from the City of Cornwall and the township of South Stormont  now can have free advertising and marketing support on The Cornwall Free News until December 31, 2011) are going to keep us hopping here and then I will be taking a sabbatical to finish Dirty Town Under a Crooked Bridge, my new novel which will be out on Amazon Kindle and other fine electronic book retailers in time for Christmas.   There will be a limited run of 100 signed and numbered print editions of the book with proceeds going to a local charity to be announced once they go on sale.
