POLICE SEEKING ASSISTANCE & Police Blotter for the Cornwall Ontario Area for Thursday May 10, 2012

THEFT INVESTIGATION

 

            Cornwall, ON- The Cornwall Community Police Service is requesting the assistance of the community in identifying the individual involved in a Theft that took place on the 20h of April, 2012 at a local financial facility.

 

It is alleged that the suspects attended the bank and withdrew money from someone else’s bank account. The incident is currently under Police investigation.

 

Police are releasing the following surveillance photos of the suspects.

INDECENT ACT & BREACHES

 

            Cornwall, ON- A 17-year-old Cornwall youth was arrested on May 9th, 2012. He was bound by an Undertaking and three Probation Orders with the condition to Keep the Peace and be of Good Behaviour. It is alleged that on May 9th, 2012 he did an obscene gesture towards his 56-year-old neighbour. Police were contacted and an investigation followed. The youth was charged with Indecent act, breach of Undertaking and breach of Probation Order. He was released to an adult to appear in court on the 14th of June, 2012. The youth’s name was not released as per provision under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.

 

THEFT & BREACHES

            Cornwall, ON- Mickey Delormier, 22 of Akwesasne was arrested on May 9th, 2012. She was bound by an Undertaking and a Probation Order with the condition to Keep the Peace and be of Good Behaviour. It is alleged that on the 6th of May, 2012 she attended a Ninth Street store and removed property without making any attempt to pay for the concealed items. Police were contacted and an investigation followed. She was charged with Theft under $5000.00, breach of Undertaking and breach of Probation Order. She was released to appear in court on the 12th of June, 2012 to answer to the charges.

 

Cornwall, ON- Brooke Morrow, 31 of Cornwall It is alleged that on the 6th of May, 2012 she attended a Ninth Street store and removed property without making any attempt to pay for the concealed items. Police were contacted and an investigation followed. She was charged with Theft under $5000.00. She was released to appear in court on the 12th of June, 2012 to answer to the charges.

 

SEARCH WARRANT

            Cornwall, ON- The Cornwall Community Police Service Criminal Investigation Division conducted a search warrant at a Pitt Street residence on May 9th, 2012. Upon completion of an investigation, Timothy Todd McDonald, 18 of Cornwall was arrested. It is alleged that between January 12th and 14th, 2012 he removed property from vehicles, used stolen credit cards and personated a 39-year-old and 44-year-old male victims. Police were contacted and an investigation followed. He was charged with Fraud under $5000.00, 2 counts of Possession of Property Obtained by Crime and Personation. He was released to appear in court on the 7th of June, 2012 to answer to the charges.

 

WARRANT

            Cornwall, ON- Jennifer Michaud, 27 of Cornwall was arrested on May 9th, 2012 under the strength of outstanding warrants. It is alleged that she failed to attend court on the 24th of April, 2012 and a bench warrant was issued. She was released to appear in court on the 22nd of May, 2012.

  1. Had a look at the theft at the ATM. Don’t the banks also have camera’s installed in the ATM’s that show a face shot? May have an easier time identifying if the face was shown instead of a back side shot?
