BREACH

 

             Cornwall, ON- Angele Burelle-Godard, 20 of Cornwall was arrested on the 1st of November 2012. She was bound by the provisions of a conditional sentence with the relevant condition to be subject to the door knock program. It is alleged that on the 13th of October police attended her residence, received no answer and requested a warrant. On the 1st of November she attended police headquarters where she was arrested on the strength of the warrant and held in custody for bail later that day.

 

 

WEAPON & UTTER THREATS

 

            Cornwall, ON- Daniel Victor Lepage, 53 of Cornwall was arrested on October 31st, 2012. It is alleged that on October 31st, 2012 shortly after 2:15 pm, he attended a 53-year-old female acquaintance’s residence armed with a hand gun and uttered threats. The victim was not injured. Police were contacted and cordoned off a section of the east end of Cornwall. He was located a shortly time after and charged with weapon related offences and Utter Death Threats. He was held in custody until bail court on November 1st, 2012.

BREAK AND ENTER

 

           

            Cornwall, ON- The Cornwall Community Police Service are currently investigating a Break & Enter that occurred on the 1st of November 2012 at a Dunbar Street residence. The suspect(s) gained entry into the residence by a rear window. Nothing appears to have been taken. If you have any information regarding this break & enter, please contact the Service at 613-932-2110 or Crime Stoppers at 613-937-8477.

 

Cornwall, ON- The Cornwall Community Police Service are currently investigating a Break & Enter that occurred on the 1st of November 2012 at an Ivan Street residence. The suspect(s) gained entry into the residence by a basement window. BREACHES

 

            Cornwall, ON- Ronald Kohne, 51 of Cornwall was arrested October 31st, 2012. He was bound by a Recognizance with the condition to abstain from the consumption of alcohol absolutely; or being found anyplace where alcohol is sold including restaurants. It is alleged that on October 31st, 2012 he was found by a member of the Cornwall Community Police Service Patrol Division to be under the influence of alcohol. He was charged with Fail to Comply with Recognizance and held in custody until court the following day.

 

Cornwall, ON- Chad Young, 37 of Cornwall was arrested on October 31st, 2012. He was bound by a Probation Order with the condition to keep the peace and be of good behaviour and to abstain from the purchase, possession, consumption of alcohol or other intoxicating substances. It is alleged that on October 31st, 2012 he was found by a member of the Cornwall Community Police Service Patrol Division to be under the influence of alcohol. He was charged with 2 counts of breach of Probation Order and released to appear in court on December 4th, 2012.

 

Cornwall, ON- A 13-year-old Cornwall youth was arrested on October 31st, 2012. The youth was bound by a Probation Order with the conditions to keep the peace and be of good behaviour, and to attend school on a full time basis without lateness or truancy. The youth was also bound by a Recognizance with the relevant condition to attend school without truancy. It is alleged that on October 31st, 2012 the youth failed to attend school. Police were contacted and an investigation followed. The youth was charged with 2 counts of Breach of Probation Order and Fail to Comply with Recognizance. The youth was held in custody until court the following day. The youth’s name was not released as per provision under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.

ROBBERY

            Cornwall, ON- Paul Ouderkirk, 30 of Cornwall was arrested on November 1st, 2012. He was bound by a Probation Order with the conditions to keep the peace and abstain from the purchase, possession, consumption of drugs. It is alleged that shortly prior to midnight on October 31st, 2012 he attended a Marlborough Street convenient store and demanded money while holding a screw driver in his pocket. He fled the area empty handed when an alarm was activated. Police were contacted and an investigation followed. He was located a short time later by members of the Cornwall Community Police Service Patrol Division.  He was charged with 2 counts of Breach of Probation Order, Possession of Weapons Dangerous and Robbery with weapon.  He was held in custody until court later that day

(North Glengarry) – On 31Oct12, at approximately 10:00pm, SD&G OPP officers responded to a report of a domestic incident on County Road 30, North Glengarry Township.

The investigation revealed that a female’s 46yr old boyfriend had assaulted her and damaged some of her personnel property.

The male (from Champlain Township) was later located and arrested, he faces charges of:

– Mischief-Domestic
– Theft Under
– Assault

He is scheduled to appear 20Nov12 in Cornwall court

Ontario Provincial Police News Portal [STORMONT DUNDAS and GLENGARRY] Breached Conditions/Break & Enter/Mischief 2012-11-02

 

(South Dundas) – On 01Nov12, at approximately 2:30pm, SD&G OPP officers responded to a report of a female beaching her earlier release conditions on Crowder Road, South Dundas Township.

The investigation revealed that a 45yr old female was in the presence of a female that she was not to associate with.

She was arrested and faces charges of:

– Fail to Comply with Undertaking or Recognizance x3

She was held in custody pending an appearance in Cornwall court.
MISCHIEF

(North Dundas) – On 01Nov12, at approximately 11:00am, SD&G OPP officers responded to a report of a mischief on Henderson Crescent, North Dundas Township.

The investigation revealed that sometime overnight unknown suspect(s) attended a residence and spray painted two vehicles.

The investigation is ongoing.

 

BREAK AND ENTER

(North Dundas) – On 28Oct12, at approximately 4:30am, SD&G OPP officers responded to a report of a break and enter on County Road 31, North Dundas Township.

The investigation revealed that unknown suspect(s) had attended a local business and smashed the front doors to gain entry into the building. Once inside the culprits removed a number of chain saws.

SD&G OPP officers assisted by SD&G OPP Crime Unit continue the investigation.
