  1. I was so happy to hear that the Beatles’ show was a sellout last night at the Port. Kudos to Jeff, the committee, and to especially Glenn, who has fought a lonely and long fight to keep the Port going. Its good to see the community rallying round the place, let’s NOT go down the road that lost this community one the most beautiful theaters in the country, the late lamented Capitol. The Port has so much to offer as a multi – purpose building, we only have to take a second look and say ‘ what if’. …All of the above are doing their part, now its time WE lend a hand. Belleville did it with their own Regent Theater, Brockville have done it with their Community arts theater, there’s NO REASON why it can’t be done here.
