Long Sault Farmer’s Market Spared from the Rain by Reg Coffey August 3, 2013

Dog Day Afternoon at Long Sault Market 2Aug13

CFN – Even the dogs like to be at the Long Sault Farmer’s Market. It was windy but dry at the market on Friday afternoon while it rained all around us. The dark clouds blew by overhead and we felt a few drops but it quickly passed and the shoppers just kept driving in to get their fresh food fix.

The vendor interview of the week highlights Ingleside Tomatoes, another cornerstone of the market.

For a great afternoon of shopping and socializing, don’t forget to come out to Long Sault Farmer’s Market. We’re open from 2 PM to 6 PM every Friday afternoon until Thanksgiving…..unless there’s a tornado warning. Then we close early.
