Canadians for Coexistence, have been actively involved against Bill 60 which, if passed, will no longer allow public sector employees to wear a hijab, kippah, turban or any other religious garb or “ostentatious” ornamentation while in the workplace – government office, hospital, school, etc. It will also equally affect any private sector commercial or industrial enterprise that deals with the public sector.

Spiritual leaders of six major religions will be speaking out with one voice for freedom of religious expression, for love, harmony, and generosity of spirit. It is our hope that this will provide encouragement to our legislators to quash Bill 60.
