CFN – Police have initiated a man hunt for Kale Presnail who escaped from jail in Kingston Ontario.
If you see this man call 911 and do not approach him. He was serving a life sentence for second degree murder. Reported as six feet tall and 178 lbs witha dragon tattoo on his right calf, a dolphin tattoo on his upper right arm, a tattoo of two swords on his upper left arm and birthmark on his left forearm.
