17th Sexual Assault of 2014 in Cornwall Ontario – June 10, 2014 CPS

SEXUAL ASSAULT, BREACH

            Cornwall, ON – Kevin Bovin, 43 of Cornwall was arrested on June 9^th, 2014 and charged with sexual assault and breach of a probation order and undertaking for failing to keep the peace. It is alleged that on May 31^st, 2014 the man sexually assaulted a 19-year-old woman that was known to him. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. On June 9^th, 2014 during their investigation the man was taken into custody, charged accordingly and later released to appear in court on July 10^th, 2014.
