Al-Anon Family Groups are groups who give strength and hope for friends and families of problem drinkers.
Al-Anon Family Groups in Cornwall and the surrounding area are part of the Seaway Valley, District #27 and this district along with Alcoholics Anonymous District #50 are inviting the community to join them at the “Courage to Change” 67th District 50 AA Conference with Al-Anon participation on November 7th and 8th, 2014 at the Ramada Inn, 805 Brookdale Ave, Cornwall, ON K6J3P3 – (613)933-8000.
The conference starts on Friday at 5:00 pm with meetings and or workshops and fellowship and then continues at 8:30 am through all day Saturday, ending with a banquet with main speaker supper and a dance with DJ entertainment. A cost of $10 covers the registration fee for meetings, workshops and the DJ dance. A cost of $45 covers the registration fee and the banquet supper.
