Dog Stolen From Vehicle in Ottawa Ontario OPS ALERT October 21, 2014

Meiko the dogCFN – The Ottawa Police Service is looking for assistance in locating a dog that was stolen from a vehicle.

The theft occurred on October 10, 2014 between 7:30pm and  8:00pm in the parking lot of 100 McArthur Avenue. The dog was stolen while the owner was in the store for less than 10 minutes.

The dog, who is the companion of an elderly female, is described as a three year old white haired Yorkie/ Pekinese mixture. The dog’s name is Meiko (see photo.)

The suspect is described as a white male wearing a black coat.  He was exiting a silver or beige SUV.

  1. MacArthur Rd is in Vanier and a very bad area indeed. Society has gone completely insane these days. A cute little yapper. LOL LOL.
