CORNWALL Ontario – Long Sault resident and Cornwall Ontario City Councilor is one mysterious kinda guy. According to the screen cap above from his website he was working in Nicaragua in 2009.
If you look at his linked in profile though you get a different story.
Of course there was no Storm Realty in 2006, at least not in Cornwall. Storm splintered off from our local Exit Realty. The problem with liars is that once they’re caught…well…. Mr. Frost was also caught stating that he was going to a specific sleep clinic for a test that the clinic confirmed that they did not offer and that they had a six to eight week wait list. But that’s Brock, a massive liar.
On his website he has the video he appeared in on a show called House Hunters. His time in Nicaragua isn’t listed on his linked in background.
However court documents show up regarding a Canadian Real Estate Agent named Brock Frost. Mr. Frost is alleged while working for Century 21, along with some cohorts, to looting one Al Hatset of nearly $700,000US.
Here are excepts from the court documents which were filed in 2013 and can be found HERE.
Now of course there has been no case adjudicated and this does not mean a Mr. Frost was proven guilty.
It should be noted that on Mr. Frost’s website at Brockfrost.ca he mentions his finished project in 2009 in Nicaragua and has a listing available in that same country. LINK
All good so far. It’s pretty standard to tender a deposit on a purchase.
I hate when I misplace money too. Did Brock lose the $690,230.00?
Ouch! Now if proven true this is scary. What’s scarier is that our Brock Frost, who most likely may be the same Brock Frost as mentioned in this document is now a City Councilor. What’s even scarier is that there’s nothing the city of Cornwall can do. It’s one colossal joke as the Municipal Act simply doesn’t offer the teeth for any action to be taken unless Mr. Frost is incarcerated.
Now the difference between this document and the ones provided by Mr. Frost to media this week is that there is an actual legal entity mentioned. Gaston & Gaston in San Diego California. (San Diego is one of the most beautiful cities in the world btw)
Kinda makes poor Darren Madden’s woes seem minor, huh?
Mr. Frost hung up on this reporter when called for a comment. Darren Madden seems to be missing.
River King Chris Cloutier will be playing for free tonight as Mr. Frost has refused to pay him to play and the team’s accountant let loose another load on facebook recently in the River Kings fan page.
The good news is that River Kings fans at least know that Mr. Frost has finally left the scene. The buzz is that the team is at least 2/3 of the way to having enough money cobbled together to finish the season. If that group ask Council for a break I would hope that new Mayor O’Shaughnessy and council would kick in some free ice and help pull together with the public.
As for Mr. Hatset it should be a very long wait for him to regain his money. Interesting is that Mr. Frost was detained at US customs earlier this year. He complained of being strip searched. While eventually released he claimed it was a case of mistaken identity. Perhaps it was connected to this case? We may never know.
What we should hope for though is that either before or during this first regular meeting of council Mr. Frost should take a leave of absence until these matters can be cleared up and not further embarrass our city and besmirch the name of our fair city.

UPDATED 7:30 PM
CFN spoke with Mr. Al Hatset who confirmed after reading our story that his Brock Frost is the same man pictured here.
He’s a criminal…sooner or later he’ll be indicted in United States Federal court and extradited. He’s definitely a criminal. He never refused or rejected the thought he was a criminal. As soon as I discovered I was wronged he offered me a settlement.
The FBI is investigating as well as the Attorney General of Nicaragua. I don’t think Brock Frost wants to show up in Nicaragua.
Again, none of the allegations against Robert Brock Frost have been proven in court. If Mr. Frost wishes to have a statement published we are happy to provide him space as well.
