  1. The charges include against humanity for the Holocaust of abortion:

Causing unnecessary pain, suffering or injury to an animal
    Wounding and injuring an animal
54 million counts of abandoning an animal in distress
54 million counts of failing to provide suitable and adequate food, water, shelter and care

Now Pastor Tom we aren’t going to hijack every story about animal cruelty now are we?

  3. so many report one cat deceased, and others that both are alive? Glad to see he’s being charged, hopefully jail time, and lifetime ban on owning pets, and that pastor Tom….*LOL* what a hoot, gives me my daily laugh *L*

  4. I’m the man who found this beautiful cat,I am so relieved that this beatiful cat is doing so well, I cannot believe it.I guess god wanted me to find this cat, it was meant to be, I would love to adopt this cat but I have two of my own.I know in my heart someone will adopt this cat & please treat this cat like an angel, because this cat survived for a reason & that is to make someone feel special. God Bless.PS.Thanks to the officers who helped save this cat.(please help stop the abuse to all animals)

  5. No, I am glad they caught the guy. He will be punished worse than any abortionist would. How ironic!

  6. Anyone who would do this to an animal clearly has mental issues. As much as I’d enjoy some quality time with this individual in a dark alley, it wouldn’t solve the problem.
And anyone who constantly hijacks stories about animal cruelty clearly has… Oh never mind.

  7. Glad he was caught. Hope he gets more than a slap on the wrist.

  9. Furtz, Furtz, Furtz…..didn’t we have enough of a firestorm last time Jules brought up welfare receipients, pets and mental issues, etc?

  10. Sweet! So stoked he was caught. Someone should be at the courthouse feb 10 to get his name and get it out there. Animals need our protection and they are so innocent, that’s what makes their suffering so unbearable. Yes, unborn babies too but the topic is animals. I hope this s.o.b pays dearly, if he is in fact responsible for this.

  11. Delighted the slimeball was caught.

Lucky for him he wasn’t caught in the act by an animal lover.

We need to get stronger legislation to deal with animal cruelty. Today it’s the kitty, tomorrow a child because there IS a link between animal cruelty and abuse of humans.

  12. The punishment should fit the crime! An eye for an eye. Know what I mean?

  13. Pat writes “The punishment should fit the crime! An eye for an eye. Know what I mean?”.

No Pat that only applies to those created in God’s image. Cats are not created in God’s image. But we can apply this, and God will, when He begins to rain down fire and brimstone it what is called the “Great Tribulation” as He avenges all the blood of the innocent.

A song from the unborn crying for “an eye for an eye in justice” -“Blood of the Innocernt”

  14. Matt Smith….no, in this case he’s innocent until proven guilty (I guess). We have a very warped justice system in Canada. Sometimes the alleged criminal is identified, sometimes they’re not. It makes no sense to me. Either identify them all or identify no one until their court appearance.

  15. There are so many worse things out there, fir example I live in Windsor and a girl here who was 7 months pregnant got stabbed to death and her house lit on fire. And the Canadian criminal code says that if the child is not out of the womb is not considered a person, so the man will only be charged with one count of murder for the mother. But brutally hurting a cat is worse then killing a baby. Come on Canada get your laws together.
