Cornwall City Councilor Robert Brock Frost & Media Outlets SUED! Jan 29, 2015

Brock Frost Council DEC 8 2014CORNWALL Ontario – Embattled former Cornwall River Kings owner and City Councilor was served with not one, but two defamation law suits over press releases he issued against the editor of this newspaper, Jamie Gilcig.

Also named as defendants were media outlets, The Seaway News (TC MEDIA) Bill Kingston & Cornwall Newswatch, and The Seeker (Julia Lucio & Associates) and associated titles.

Mr. Frost issued several press releases of defamatory nature which these outlets published.

CFN has no further comment at this time.  James Moak is acting on behalf of the plaintiffs.  We will update as more information becomes available.

Mr. Frost is also dealing with other legal issues including a recent Superior Court suit issued by Darren Madden.

He also is facing pending issues related to his Nicaraguan real estate deal with Mr. Al Hatset which resulted in $690K US going missing.

All these lawsuits should be over rather quickly.In Brock(fraud) Frost words its cheaper to settle quickyly than let the courts deal with it.Your a joke frost
