CORNWALL Ontario – The Standard Freeholder has cited court documents identifying Lance Burgess of Cornwall Ontario as being charged with six counts in the case including wounding the animal, abandoning it, and failing to provide care.
The cat has survived and looks to have at least one of its nine lives left after being found in a dumpster.
Burgess did not respond to queries from CFN as of press time.
He’s back in court February 10th.
