WARRANT
Cornwall, ON – Dustin Beddingfield, 26 of Cornwall was arrested on February 26th, 2016 on the strength of a warrant. It is alleged during an argument on January 14th, 2016 the man assaulted and threatened a 39-year-old woman known to him. Police were contacted to investigate and a warrant was issued for his arrest. On February 26th, 2016 the man was spotted in the area of Sixth Street and Burton Avenue by a member of the Cornwall Community Police Service. He was taken into custody on the strength of the warrant and released to appear in court on March 29th, 2016.
IMPAIRED OPERATION, OVER 80
Cornwall, ON – Michael Singh, 41 of Chesterville was arrested on February 27th, 2016 and charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle and over 80. It is alleged in the early morning hours of February 27th, 2016 the man was operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol in the area of Glengarry Boulevard and Holy Cross Boulevard. He was taken into custody during a traffic stop, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on March 10th, 2016.
Cornwall, ON – Colin Jalbert, 27 of Ingleside was arrested on February 27th, 2016 and charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle and over 80. It is alleged in the early morning hours of February 27th, 2016 the man operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol in the area of Power Dam Drive and Vincent Massey Drive. He was taken into custody during a traffic stop, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on March 10th, 2016.
