Cornwall Ontario Police Blotter for OCT 4, 2016 #CCPS

MISCHIEF

 

            Cornwall, ON – A 46-year-old Cornwall man was arrested on October 3rd, 2016 and charged with mischief. It is alleged during an argument on October 1st, 2016 the man damaged a door at his ex-wife’s residence and police were contacted to investigate. On October 3rd, 2016 the man attended police headquarters to deal with the matter. He was taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing. His name was not released as it would identify the victim in the matter.

 

BREACH

 

            Cornwall, ON – Francois Ouellette, 58 of Cornwall was arrested on October 3rd, 2016 and charged with breach of probation for being outside his residence after having consumed alcohol and for failing to keep the peace. It is alleged while investigating an unrelated matter at a Prince Arthur Street address on October 3rd, 2016 police found the man in breach of his conditions. He was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on November 8th, 2016.

 

            Cornwall, ON – Wilson Watters, 56 of Cornwall was arrested on October 3rd, 2016 and charged with breach of probation foe consuming alcohol and for failing to keep the peace. It is alleged on October 3rd, 2016 police attended the man’s residence for a compliance check and found the man in breach of his conditions. He was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in cou4rt on November 8th, 2016.
