Princess of Pot Jodie Emery on Parliament Hill – Stop Marijuana Arrests. By Roy Berger FEB 24, 2017

Ottawa Ontario – Jodie Emery, the CEO of Cannabis Culture, was in Ottawa yesterday, Feb. 22. She took to the steps of Parliament Hill to protest the arrest of marijuana users.
Her message to Justin Trudeau was to, “Stop the arrests.”  Jodie Emery said, “There have been more raids and arrests under Trudeau than under Harper.”
Jodie and the merry rally marched along Bank Street into Ottawa’s newest hugest marijuana dispensary, Cannabis Culture at 319 Bank Street where marijuana is sold without a prescription to adults over 19.
Ironically, while the Ottawa Cannabis store was opening, the Brantford Cannabis Culture store was being raided.

  1. It sure has been a long time since I was downtown and I do everything I can to avoid that area. Nothing but bums everywhere and Bank Street is one of the main streets for the bums. My doctor is retired so I don’t have to go down that way anymore. Lots of weirdos as well. Well the druggies can have it I want no part of any of it.

  2. I enjoy both downtown Ottawa and Quartier Wright in Hull quite a bit even though I’m a telecommunications professional with a university degree.

I work in Quarter Wright and used to work on Elgin.

They’re fun, diverse neighourhoods with tons of small businesses, culture, and (much more so in Quartier Wright) a blue collar vibe that I enjoy.

We don’t need your classist drek, Jules.

  3. Too bad for you OurNewMPM I am not a classless drek and in fact I have plenty of class because I don’t mix with weirdos and druggies and low lifes. I have my place in life and I love what I am and I don’t need no weirdos nor drugs to promote who I am. Downtown Ottawa and the Quebec side is full of weirdos – I say away from there like it is a disease.
