#OPP Charge South Dundas Woman With Slipping a Mickey APRIL 7, 2017

WOMAN CHARGED

(South Dundas) – In February of 2017, Stormont, Dundas & Glengarry (SD&G) Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) began an investigation into a report of an adult female being administered a noxious substance. Investigation indicated that the accused had added a substance to a beverage ingested by the victim (minor effects resulted).

On April 6, 2017 – as a result of the ongoing investigation, a 62-year-old female from South Dundas Township was arrested and is charged with;

– Administer a Noxious Thing with Intent to Annoy

She was released and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Morrisburg on May 2, 2017. Her name is being withheld in order to protect the identity of the victim.

DISTURB THE PEACE

(South Glengarry) – On April 7, 2017 at approximately 12:53pm, SD&G OPP officers responded to a request for assistance by Ministry of Transportation Ontario (MTO) officer with a trucker who was being aggressive (yelling/cursing) towards MTO officers.

Darin DELAURIER (49) of Kingsville, Ontario was arrested and is charged with;

– Causing a Disturbance

– Fail to Comply with Probation Order

He was released and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Alexandria on May 3, 2017.
