OPP INVESTIGATING MOTOR COLLISION
(Ottawa, ON) -The Ottawa Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police is investigating a motor vehicle collision on Highway 417.
At approximately 7:51 am, the Ottawa OPP received several calls about a multi vehicle collision on Highway 417 Eastbound at Parkdale Ave.
Lanes 1,2 and 4 are presently closed due to this collision. No report of injuries at the moment.
Motorists are advised to seek alternate routes for the time being.
Jamie this is the accident that I was telling you about. We were on the 101 bus here in Ottawa going west to Carling and Parkdale and there were tons of cars bumper to bumper on the 417 and we were a little late and when we got to the doctor’s office the secretaries and the doctor said that there were two accidents and that is why we were held up.
