  1. GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR! ARF ARF ARF! The dog has more intelligence than most human beings and hubby and I say that every day here in Ottawa. I would rather have the dog as a neighbor than most people. In my building there are no pets at all and the human animal is very quiet. In all the 15 years that hubby and I were here we have the very best landlord in all the years that we were married.
