CARRY CONCEALED WEAPON

Cornwall, ON – A 17-year-old Cornwall youth was arrested on October 9th, 2018 and charged with carrying a concealed weapon (knife). It is alleged on October 9th, 2018 the youth was in possession of a knife and police were contacted to investigate. He was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court at a later date. His name was not released as per provision of the Youth Criminal Justice Act.

WARRANT

Cornwall, ON – Marc Racine, 43, of Cornwall was arrested on October 9th, 2018 on the strength of a warrant. It is alleged the man breached his probation and a warrant was issued for his arrest. On October 9th, 2018, the man was taken into custody on the strength of the warrant and released to appear in court on November 6th, 2018.




DOMESTIC MISCHIEF

Cornwall, ON – A 41-year-old Cornwall woman was arrested on October 10th, 2018 and charged with mischief under $5000. It is alleged during an argument, the woman caused damage to her boyfriend’s motor vehicle by striking it with a broom. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. During the investigation, the woman was taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing. Her name was not released as it would identify the victim in the matter.

BREACH

Cornwall, ON – Jason Lewis, 46, of Cornwall was arrested on October 9th, 2018 and charged with breach of probation for being intoxicated in a public place and for failing to keep the peace. It is alleged the intoxicated man was found breaching his conditions during the night of October 9th, 2018 and an investigation ensued. During the investigation, he was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on November 15th, 2018.
