Poop Thrower Charged in Cornwall Ontario #CCPS #CPS 112318

MISCHIEF UNDER $5000

Cornwall, ON – Dustin Paul, 23, of Cornwall was arrested on November 22nd, 2018 and charged with mischief under $5000. It is alleged on November 21st, 2018, the man threw feces at a residence belonging to a man known to him. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. On November 22nd, 2018, the man was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on December 27th, 2018.

IMPAIRED, OVER 80, FAIL TO REMAIN

Cornwall, ON – Numael Bustos, 25, of Calgary was arrested on November 22nd, 2018 and charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle, over 80 and fail to remain at the scene of an accident. It is alleged on November 22nd, 2018, the man was operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, when he collided with another vehicle at the intersection of Brookdale Avenue and Tollgate Road and fled the scene. Police were contacted and located the intoxicated man shortly thereafter. He was taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing.
