Habs Lose to Sens – Pouliot Scores 1st Goal – Will Carey Price Start next game? December 29, 2009

Will Carey Price get the start for the Habs in the next game?   That’s the “controversial” question Montreal fans will be asking until the puck drops next.

Monday night they dropped a 4-2 loss in Ottawa.   The good news is that Benoit Pouliot, acquired for Guillaume Latendresse, scored his first goal.

The bad news is that they lost to a Sens team missing Daniel Alfredsson and Jason Spezza, and they weren’t that good with those guys!

They ran into a tough Patrice LeClaire and Chris Neil ate his wheaties.

Montreal actually out shot Ottawa, but didn’t draw a single Power play all night.     In other NHL news the Caps created some Cap space by trading Chris Clark and Milan Jurcina for Jason Chimera.  Super move for Washington.  It looks like GM George McPhee has played some Rotisserie Hockey in the day 🙂
