Rock for Charity 4 Fills the House Again at Cafe Connectionz – Cornwall Ontario – June 11, 2010

Cornwall ON – Rock for Charity 4 raised over $200 for The Parade of Nations Friday June 11th.  It was another full house and the events will keep going.  I mean, where else can you go out on a Friday night and listen to 5 acts for as little as a $5 donation to a local charity?

Joel Sauve, Mark MacDonald, Cody Zulinski, Keegan Larose (with Catherine Macnaughton, Douglas Poirier, Matthew Atchison, and Cody Bourget), plus host and poet Jason Setnyk all had terrific sets.

It’s also becoming a place to be seen and quite the political hot zone as 3 Federal Election hopefuls were in attendance and Jason Setnyk announced his consideration for a run at city Council in the upcoming municipal elections.

Liberal candidate and City Councilor Bernadette Clement tested out her new do on the crowd while enjoying the entertainment and sampling a wild looking date square!   Pictured here congratulation Cafe Connectionz owner Chris Weidner as it was his birthday!
