Jeff Halpern Leads Habs to 3-2 win over Buffalo – Flames lose, Oilers lose NHL SCORES November 6, 2010 – Cornwall Ontario

Cornwall ON – 15 minutes of ice time for Tom Pyatt?   Jeff Halpern saving the day with 3 points?  Yes, the twilight zone was live and well in Montreal’s 3-2 win over Buffalo.   Good timing schedule wise as the Sabres are playing not so inspired hockey and Patrick Lalime was in the net.

Cammy had no points on the night, neither did AK.  Gomez and Gionta are still dazed and confused points wise yet Montreal grabbed the two points and left Buffalo in a rush.

Tomas Vanek was allowed six shots for Buffalo but didn’t notch a point.    Montreal needs to get recalibrated and soon.

Matt Darche and Ben Pouliot can’t be expected to lead the charge the way this did in Buffalo too often.

In other NHL SCORES  – Saku Koivu scored the winner for Anaheim in their 3-2  win over Pittsburgh; Detroit 3 Edmonton 1;  Dallas doubled Phoenix 6-3; Minnesota edged Calgary 2-1; Florida blew away the Hurricanes 7-4; Washington 5-3 over the Bruins; 2 Brian Dubinsky goals led NY to their 3-0 shutting out of the Devils in New Jersey.
