Habs Crush Sens 7-1 – Was this Clouston’s Last Game as Sens Coach? Forsberg back to Avalanche? Who gets Nabakov? NHL Scores – January 22, 2011 – Cornwall Ontario

Cornwall ON – Man I feel bad for Ottawa Senators coach Cory Clouston.   Tonight his team was blown out 7-1 by an injury ridden Montreal squad in their own barn.  Media rumblings have him coaching his last game.

AK46 had a rare good game going +3 with 2 points for the night.  Max Pacioretty toughed it out and 2 points and 5 shots.   Montreal out shot Ottawa 35-33 and Ryan White and Andreas Engqvist  got some NHL time.

Carey Price got the win and probably will get a lot more starts after Alex Auld’s last performance.

The Islanders gored the Sabres 5-2.

MORE NHL SCORES TO COME AT OUR UPDATE

Man, Peter Forsberg is only 37 which is probably why the buzz is on about him coming back to the NHL with the Avalanche who just lost Tomas Fleischmann to an embolism.

And isn’t this waiver wire fun wild?  Well not if you’re a St. Louis fan, but the rest of the NHL is enjoying it.  Now to see if the Wings get their goalie or if he gets snatched up on the wire.
