Cornwall ON – It was a lovely night for Axxis Optical as they celebrated their official grand opening Thursday night at their new facility in the old Standard Free Holder building across from Cornwall Square in Cornwall Ontario.
A lot of movers and shakers took some time out to drop by the new store and check out the atmosphere and changes to the former facility which was photographed by Cornwall’s Master Photographer Jason McNamara of Framed Photography whose shots from the evening will be seen on the new Axxis Optical Website and Facebook page.
The store features a huge selection of frames and accessories with some of the top names in the industry.
It was a lovely evening and good to see so many Cornwallites come out to celebrate the new and improved shop.
And poignant and powerful to see such a historic building be used and preserved instead of being bulldozed and changed.
Kudos to Axxis Optical for a lovely building and a classy new place to shop in Downtown Cornwall Ontario!
Definitely a new shiny jewel in the Cornwall Downtown Core.
