WARRANT

 

            Cornwall, ON- Joshua Zachary, 20 of Kanawake, Quebec was arrested on the 18th of August, 2011 under the strength on an outstanding warrant. It is alleged that he failed to attend court on the 2nd of August, 2011. He was located and charged with Fail to attend court. He was held in custody until court the following day.

 

PERSONATION, OBSTRUCT & BREACH OF PROBATION

 

            Cornwall, ON- Michael Cook, 28 of Cornwall was arrested on the 18th of August, 2011. He was bound by a Probation Order with the condition to Keep the Peace and be of Good Behaviour. It is alleged that he failed to identify himself when attending the Canadian Boarder Service Agency. He was detained and later identified. He was turned over to the Cornwall Community Police service and charged with Personation, Obstruct Police and Breach of Probation. He was released to appear in court on the 13th of September, 2011 to answer to the charges.

 

BREAK & ENTER ARRESTS

 

            Cornwall, ON- The Cornwall Community Police Service Criminal Investigations Bureau have arrested two males on the 16th of August, 2011 in regards to a Break and Enter that occurred on during the early hours of August, 6th, 2011.

 

Ryan Justin Hall, 28 of Cornwall was charged with Break and Enter, Mischief Under $5000.00 and Breach of Undertaking. He was released to appear in court on the 6th of September, 2011.

 

Tyler Anthony Hall, 25 of Cornwall was charged Break and Enter, Mischief Under $5000.00. He was released to appear in count on the 6th of September, 2011.

 

BREAK & ENTER

 

            Cornwall, ON- The Cornwall Community Police Service is investigating a break and enter which occurred on the 18th of August, 2011 at a Montreal Road residence. The suspect(s) gained entry by removing a screen window and proceeded to steal a wallet containing personal documents, 4 T-bone steaks and a lighter.
