Carey Price earns 100th victory in Habs 1st Home Win as they Defeat Flyers 5-1 – Former Sens Goalie Shuts Out Canucks NHL SCORES – October 27, 2011

CFN –  It took the sacrificing of Coach Perry Pearn and Chris Pronger refusing to wear a visor to help les boys break their monkey and Carey Price finally earn his 100th win as The Habs stunned the Flyers 5-1 also earning their first home victory of the 2011/12 season!

The win ties them with Boston and lurches them out of the utter bottom of the NHL.

Newcomer Erik Cole demonstrated that if you push into the offensive zone you have a great chance of drawing penalties; especially if there’s a threat of scoring a goal.

Max Pacioretty showed some major testicular fortitude toughing it out and playing in spite of an injury that most NHL’ers would not be on the ice with.    He led the team with 2 goals and an assist. David Desharnais added two assists and the guys that should score goals continued too.     Mike Cammalleri notched another as did Andrei Kostitsyn and Yannick Weber.

Montreal out shot Philly 28-21.

In other NHL scores Calgary also woke up doubling Colorado 4-2 with hot trade rumor player Rene Bouque notching two goals.  Former Ottawa goalie Brian Elliot stunned Vancouver as the Blues shut out the Canucks 3-0.

So Habs fans; does this win and the removing of Perry Pearn from the bench save GM Pierre Gauthier and Coach Martin?  You can post your comments below.
