DOMESTIC BREACHES

 

            Cornwall, ON- A 29-year-old Cornwall man was arrested on October 18th, 2012. He was bound by a Probation Order with the condition to Keep the Peace and be of Good Behaviour. He was also bound by a second Probation Order with the condition of not to associate or communicate directly or indirectly with his 34-year-old ex-girlfriend if you have been consuming alcohol or drugs, and abstain from the purchase/possession/consumption of alcohol or other intoxicating substances. It is alleged that on October 14th, 2012 he attended his ex-girlfriends residence while being intoxicated. Police were contacted and an investigation followed. He turned himself in to the Cornwall Community Police Service and was charged with 3 counts of Breach of Probation Order. He was held in custody until court later that day. His name was not released as it would identify the female in this incident.

 

DOMESTIC ASSAULT

 

            Cornwall, ON- A 29-year-old Cornwall man was arrested on October 19th, 2012. It is alleged that on October 18th, 2012 he got into an altercation with his 24-year-old girlfriend when he assaulted her. The victim did not require medical treatment. Police were contacted and an investigation followed. He was charged with Domestic Assault and held in custody until court the following day. His name was not released as it would identify the victim.

BREACHES

 

            Cornwall, ON- A 34-year-old Long Sault man was arrested on October 17th, 2012. He was bound by a Probation Order and an Undertaking with the conditions to keep the peace and be of good behaviour, not to associate, contact or hold any communication directly or indirectly with a 27-year-old female and not to be within 150 meters of her. It is alleged that on October 17th, 2012 he was found by members of the Cornwall Community Police Service Patrol Division with the said female. He was charged with 4 counts of Breach of Probation Order and 2 counts of Fail to Comply with Undertaking. He was held in custody until court the following day.

 

BREAK & ENTER

Cornwall, ON- The Cornwall Community Police Service are currently investigating a Break & Enter that occurred on October 17th , 2012 at a east end residence. The suspect(s) gained entry and removed Mac Book Pro Laptop, IPod Touch, Philips Dock stereo, cell phone charger, and undisclosed amount of U.S. money and boxes for the items . (South Stormont) – On 17Oct2012, at approximately 3:30am, SD&G OPP officers responded to a report of a domestic incident on Hickory St. Ingleside, On.

The investigation revealed that a 37yr old female had threatened her husband. She was arrested and faces charges of:

– Utter Threat to Cause Death or Bodily Harm
– Possession of Weapon for Dangerous Purpose

She was held in custody pending an appearance in Cornwall.
THREATS

(South Glengarry) – On 17Oct12, at approximately 5:00pm, SD&G OPP officers responded to a report of a threat that occurred earlier in the day on John St. South Glengarry Township.

The investigation revealed that a 15yr old male youth threatened another male teenager. He was arrested and faces charges of:

– Utter Threat to Cause Death or Bodily Harm
– Trafficking Schedule I

He is scheduled to appear 15Nov12 in Cornwall court.
