PUBLIC ASSISTANCE REQUESTED TO LOCATE MISSING SOUTH MOUNTAIN MAN
(North Dundas) – Stormont, Dundas & Glengarry (SD&G) OPP is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a man missing since December 18, 2013.
Ralph DOWDALL (69) was last seen on Main Street in South Mountain, North Dundas Township. He does not have access to a vehicle and is in poor health.
