The vehicle was located at approximately 6:00 a.m. Sunday, September 21 on land adjacent to the nearby hydro station south of Kingston Mills Road.
The driver of the vehicle has yet to be located and police are attempting to determine if it was possibly stolen. A traffic re-constructionist and Forensic Identification Officer have been dispatched to investigate and the Canine Unit has attended to assist in locating the driver if still in the area.
Motorists and visitors to the locks are advised to avoid the area. Timing for re-opening of Kingston Mills Road is unknown at this time, but would likely continue to be closed for the Sunday morning.
