Summary
Hazardous winter conditions are expected. 20 to 35 cm of snow likely beginning tonight. A Texas low is tracking towards the Great Lakes area today and will move across the lakes on Tuesday. Ahead of this system, strengthening easterly winds and then ultimately snow and blowing snow will begin tonight and continue into Tuesday and then finally taper off Tuesday afternoon. Surfaces such as highways, roads, walkways and parking lots may become difficult to navigate due to accumulating snow. Visibility will be suddenly reduced to near zero at times in heavy snow and blowing snow. Poor weather conditions may contribute to transportation delays. Please continue to monitor alerts and forecasts issued by Environment Canada.

Winter storm warning in effect.
I even bought my lotto tickets early.
I had a good laugh since yesterday watching the snowstorm and what Hugger said of not believing CFN’s weather report. I knew it in my old bones that a storm was going to happen. These old bones get mighty sore and stiff at times and my fingers are crooked enough to tell the weather report.
Hugger my daughter bought lotto tickets and also the tickets where she hen scatches and she got back the money that she paid for them including $10. or more of a win. LOL LOL. We don’t win – it is a dream and it is the government that wins on this scam just like the housing market etc. we are all slaves and full of greed.
Uh, where did I say not to believe CFN’s weather report? What I said was “We’ll see. Different weather websites / outlets are predicting different scenarios. It partially depends on the temperature too.”
Hugger I depend on my system to tell me the weather report. My system changes every time the weather changes and I know that something is up. My fingers are all crooked over arthritis and they swell along with my hands. I know when the weather is about to change.

My system is telling me: “LET IT SNOW, LET IT SNOW, LET IT SNOW” and it is making up for lost time. Get ready and bundle up – this might stretch on to the spring.
Living in the boonies way outside of town with at least an acre of land and neighbors stretched far from one another instead of stepping out of your house and stepping onto someone else’s property and less crazy people to listen to and look at. “Green Acres is the place to be, farm living ….” I am happy in my building in the sky. Our supers were shovelling yesterday night and were as sore and pooped out as can be. It is twice that the snowplow was at our building and to the townhouses. Some people had heart attacks shoveling by hand here in Ottawa. I can sing LET IT SNOW, LET IT SNOW, LET IT SNOW since I no longer have to shovel that stuff.
Well your “system” is way off on this one. Winter might stretch to spring? Well, I certainly hope so because the season after winter is, wait for it, SPRING.
You want to live in the country yet you are happy in your building in the sky. Personally I hate apartment buildings. You have to put up with so many varying neighbours, most of them inconsiderate worthless boobs.
