FAIL TO ATTEND

Cornwall, ON – Bradford Ezard, 35 of Cornwall was arrested on March 11th, 2016 and charged with failing to attend for prints. It is alleged the man failed to attend for prints on March 3rd, 2016 and an investigation ensued. On March 11th, 2016 the man attended police headquarters to deal with the matter. He was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on April 21st, 2016.

BREACH

Cornwall, ON – A 59-year-old Cornwall man was arrested on March 11th, 2016 and charged with breach of undertaking for having communicated with his ex-girlfriend despite being on conditions not to contact her. It is alleged on March 11th, 2016 the man called his ex-girlfriend and police were contacted to investigate. During their investigation the man was taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing. His name was not released as it would identify the victim in the matter.

MISCHIEF

Cornwall, ON – A 26-year-old St. Andrews man was arrested on March 11th, 2016 and charged with mischief. It is alleged during an argument on March 11th, 2016 with his 27-year-old girlfriend the man damaged a door and punched a hole in a wall. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. During their investigation the man was taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing. His name was not released as it identify the victim in the matter.

IMPAIRED OPERATION, OVER 80, PERSONATION, POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

Cornwall, ON – Jeremy Fortin, 27 of Cornwall was arrested on March 12th, 2016 and charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle, over 80, personation and possession of a controlled substance. It is alleged in the early morning hours of March 12th, 2016 the man was driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol in the area of Second Street and Guy Street. He was taken into custody during a traffic stop and falsely identified himself to police. The man was also found to have in his possession a quantity of pills believed to be speed. He was charged accordingly and released to appear in court at a later date.

BREACH, BREAK AND ENTER

Cornwall, ON – A 20-year-old Cornwall woman was arrested on March 12th, 2016 and charged with breach of recognizance for being within 100 meters of her ex-boyfriend’s residence and for communicating with him. She was also charged with break and enter. It is alleged on March 12th, 2016 the woman attended her ex-boyfriend’s residence despite her conditions and forced her way into the apartment. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. During their investigation the woman was taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing. Her name was not released as it would identify the victim in the matter.

ASSAULT, THREATS, BREACH

Cornwall, ON – A 26-year-old Cornwall woman was arrested on March 13th, 2016 and charged with assault, threats and breach of undertaking for failing to keep the peace. It is alleged during arguments on March 11th and 12th, 2016 the woman threatened to burn the house and punched her 21-year-old boyfriend in the head. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. On March 13th, 2016 the woman attended police headquarters to deal with the matter. She was taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing. Her name was not released as it would identify the victim in the matter.

ASSAULT

Cornwall, ON – A 22-year-old Akwesasne woman was arrested on March 13th, 2016 and charged with assault. It is alleged during an argument in the early morning hours of March 13th, 2016 the woman punched her girlfriend in the face and police were contacted to investigate. During their investigation the woman was taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing. Her name was not released as it would identify the victim in the matter.

ASSAULT CAUSE BIDILY HARM, MISCHIEF, BREACH

Cornwall, ON – A 44-year-old Cornwall man was arrested on March 13th, 2016 and charged with assault cause bodily harm, mischief and breach of three probation orders for failing to keep the peace. It is alleged on March 13th, 2016 the man damaged property inside his mother’s residence and was responsible for a door striking his mother who suffered a cut above her eye. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. During their investigation the man was taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing. His name was not released as it would identify the victim in the matter.

ASSAULT, BREACH

Cornwall, ON – Lindsay Archambault, 21 of Cornwall was arrested on March 10th, 2016 and charged with two counts of assault and breach of probation for failing to keep the peace. It is alleged during an argument on March 10th, 2016 the woman pushed and kicked a 32-year-old woman and a 28-year-old woman. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. During their investigation the woman was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on March 29th, 2016.
