South Dundas Man Charged With Impaired After Driving Into Ditch OPP July 4, 2016

(PRESCOTT OPP) – On the 2nd  of July 2016 at 6:35PM, members of the Grenville County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) attended Kain Road, in Edwardsburgh Township. At this location, a Ford F250 was in the ditch with a dump trailer attached.

Investigation revealed that the male driver had been driving while impaired by alcohol. The driver did not suffer from any injuries and the vehicle sustained minor damages. Brent LECLAIRE, age 40 of South Dundas Township ON was charged with Driving a Motor Vehicle with More than 80mgs. Of Alcohol in Blood.

LECLAIRE was released from custody with a Promise to Appear at Ontario Court of Justice, Brockville on the 15th of July, 2016
