Two Car Collision Lands One in Hospital in Cornwall Ontario OCT 26, 2016

CORNWALL ONTARIO – A two car collision ended up taking a light standard down at one of Cornwall’s busiest intersections at the corner of 9th and Pitt.

The CCPS confirmed the two vehicle collision and that one person was transported to hospital by ambulance for an assessment.

The Camaro tore the light standard down which resulted in the road being closed and Cornwall Electric shutting down power at the Tim Horton’s site.

  1. Pitt and 9th Street has always been a very bad corner since my day living as a child in Cornhole to my adult years. Well I can sure say that it is mighty safe compared to Ottawa’s streets – here in Ottawa you really have to be nuts to drive your car and wonder if you come out alive. LOL LOL. ROLF!
