16 Year Old Charged With Knife Attack in Cornwall #CCPS Dec 6, 2016

ASSAULT, ASSAULT WITH A WEAPON, POSSESSION OF A WEAPON FOR A DANGEROUS PURPOSE, THREATS, BREACH

Cornwall, ON – A 16-year-old Cornwall youth was arrested on December 5th, 2016 and charged with assault, assault with a weapon, possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, threats and breach of probation for being in possession of a weapon and for failing to keep the peace. It is alleged on December 5th, 2016 the youth punched a man known to him, threatened to kill him and swung a knife at him. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. During the investigation the youth was taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing. His name was not released as per provision of the Youth Criminal Justice Act.

INDECENT ACT

Cornwall, ON – Daniel Seguin, 58 of Cornwall was arrested on December 5th, 2016 and charged with indecent act. It is alleged on December 3rd, 2016 the man exposed himself to someone walking by his residence and police were contacted to investigate. On December 5th, 2016 the man attended police headquarters to deal with the matter. He was taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing.
