PUPLIC AWARENESS FOR THE ALFRED AREA – SUSPICIOUS PERSON
(Hawkesbury, ON.) – The Hawkesbury detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is actively investigating a number of occurrences, where unknown individuals would be going around on foot looking in the windows of residences in the Alfred area, during the evening hours.
We would ask that the residents of the area be vigilant in assuring that their vehicles are locked, alarms are activated, that the doors to residences are locked when leaving. Letting your neighbour or friend know if you are gone for a few days is always a good way to help in securing your property.
