Alleged Fire Alarm at Hospital & Chick Charged in Cornwall Breaking Boyfriends Nose MAY 15, 2017

MISCHIEF, BREACH

Cornwall, ON – Luis Rodriguez, 24 of Cornwall was arrested on May 12th, 2017 and charged with mischief and breach of probation for failing to keep the peace. It is alleged on May 12th, 2017 the man pulled the fire alarm at the hospital and police were contacted to investigate. During the investigation the man was taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing.

ASSAULT CAUSE BODILY HARM

Cornwall, ON – A 26-year-old Cornwall woman was arrested on May 12th, 2017 and charged with assault cause bodily harm. It is alleged during an argument on May 12th, 2017 the woman punched her ex-boyfriend in the nose causing it to break. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. During the investigation the woman was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on June 8th, 2017. Her name was not released as it would identify the victim in the matter.

ASSAULT, BREACH

Cornwall, ON – Cory Hart, 31 of Cornwall was arrested on May 12th, 2017 and charged with assault X2 and breach of probation for having consumed alcohol and failing to keep the peace. It is alleged on May 12th, 2017 the man kicked two persons known to him and police were contacted to investigate. During the investigation the man was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on June 20th, 2017.

BREACH

Cornwall, ON – Calvin Hope, 50 of Cornwall was arrested on May 14th, 2017 and charged with breach of recognizance for being out past curfew, having consumed alcohol and for failing to keep the peace. It is alleged on May 14th, 2017 police attended an Eleventh Street address for a disturbance and found the man in breach of his conditions. He was taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing.

IMPAIRED, OVER 80

Cornwall, ON – Diane Kingsburry, 55 of Cornwall was arrested on May 14th, 2017 and charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle and over 80. It is alleged on May 14th, 2017 the woman was operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol in the area of Hamilton Crescent. She was taken into custody during a traffic stop, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on May 25th, 2017.
