Update #4 – OPP Searching For Elderly Male – Located Deceased.
(HAWKESBURY, ON) – The Hawkesbury Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), have concluded the search for an elderly male reported missing on August 15, 2017, from the Alfred-Plantagenet Township.
On Tuesday, August 29, 2017, at approximately 4:00 p.m., the efforts to find, 78 year old, Gary FOSTER, came to a conclusion when OPP Canine Unit located the male deceased in a dense wooded area in the vicinity of Curran in Alfred-Plantagenet.
The Office of the Chief Coroner attended the scene and a Post Mortem will be scheduled to determine the cause of death.
