BREACH
Cornwall, ON – Austin Bonspille, age 22, of Kanesatake, QC, was arrested on September 11, 2017. He is bound by release orders in relation to prior incidents in Quebec with the relevant conditions to abstain from the consumption of alcohol, to abide by a curfew of 9pm-7am, and to keep the peace and be of good behaviour. He was located by Canada Border Services Agency in contravention of his release orders. Cornwall Police attended and an investigation was conducted. He was taken into custody and charged with 5 Breaches of Undertaking, and 2 Breaches of Recognizance. He was held for a Bail Hearing.
BREACH
Cornwall, ON – Cory Hart, 32 of Cornwall was arrested on September 11th, 2017 and charged with breach of undertaking for having consumed alcohol and for failing to keep the peace. He was also charged with breach of probation for failing to keep the peace. It is alleged on September 11th, 2017 police attended a Prince Arthur Street address for a disturbance call and found the man in breach of his conditions. He was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on October 19th, 2017.
