WARRANT EXECUTED – DRUGS SEIZED
(SOUTH DUNDAS,ON) On March 21, 2018, members of the Community Street Crime Unit, (ERT) Emergency response team and SD&G OPP officers executed a Controlled Drugs and Substances Search Warrant at a property on County Road 7, South Dundas Township. This resulted in the seizure of a quantity of Marihuana (140 pounds of cannabis,336 Grams of marihuana bud, 84 marihuana clone plants, 9 marihuana plants, hash cannabis resin and oil and methamphetamine (crystal meth).
The estimated street value of drugs seized $ 307,000.
Matthew MUNRO (29) of South Dundas, Ontario was arrested and charged with;
– Possession of a Controlled Substance for the purpose of Trafficking (2 counts)
– Produce a control substance ( 2 counts)
– Possession of a controlled substance ( 3 counts)
-Possession of property obtained by crime under $5000
He was released and scheduled to appear in Morrisburg court on May 1, 2018.
Mallory LAVIN (30) of South Dundas, Ontario was arrested and charged with;
– Possession of a Controlled Substance for the purpose of Trafficking (2 counts)
– Produce a control substance
– Possession of a controlled substance
-Possession of property obtained by crime under $5000
She was released and scheduled to appear in Morrisburg court on May 1, 2018.
