Sex Assault Charges

(Prescott, ON) The Prescott Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) and the Grenville County Crime Unit have laid numerous criminal charges in relation to a sexual assault investigation, which was reported to police on March 27th, 2018. The sex assaults occurred on the property of the Green Acres Retirement Home, which is located on McCrea Road, in Augusta Township.
The owner and operator of the retirement home, Robert Lunnie, age 72, of Augusta Township has been charged with:
- Sexual Assault x 4
- Sexual Exploitation x 2
Two victims have been identified and 1 of those victims was a resident of the Green Acres Retirement Home.
The accused is being held for Bail Court and will appear before the Brockville Ontario Court of Justice on Tuesday May 29, 2018 .
