BAIL VIOLATION
(NORTH GLENGARRY, ON) – On July 05, 2018 at approximately 7:25am, Stormont, Dundas & Glengarry Ontario Provincial Police officers conducted a traffic stop. Investigation indicated that a male was breaching a release condition and found to be in possession of an illegal drug.
Christian Claude SEGUIN (34), Glen Robertson, Ontario was arrested and is charged with;
– Fail to Comply with Conditions of Undertaking Given by Officer in Charge
– Possession of a Schedule I Substance – Methamphetamine
He was released and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Alexandria court on August 8, 2018.
CHARGES LAID
(SOUTH DUNDAS, ON) – On July 10, 2018 at approximately 7:32pm Stormont, Dundas & Glengarry Ontario Provincial Police officers conducted a traffic stop. Investigation indicated that a male was driving in contravention of a Traffic Act violation and found to be in possession of an illegal drug.
Michael Raymond OSBORNE (28), South Dundas, Ontario was arrested and is charged with;
– Possession of a Schedule II substance- Cannabis Marihuana – under 30grams
He was released and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Alexandria court on August 7, 2018.
CHARGES LAID
(SOUTH GLENGARRY, ON) – On July 11, 2018 at approximately 9:51pm Stormont, Dundas & Glengarry Ontario Provincial Police officers were conducting a RIDE program. Investigation indicated that a male was found to be in possession of an illegal drug.
Guilherme ROSENTAL (28), East York, Ontario was arrested and is charged with;
– Possession of a Schedule II substance- Cannabis Marihuana – under 30grams
He was released and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Alexandria court on August 8, 2018.
CHARGES LAID
(SOUTH DUNDAS, ON) – On July 11, 2018 at approximately 6:49am Stormont, Dundas & Glengarry Ontario Provincial Police officers were conducting speed enforcement. Investigation indicated that a male was found to be Breaching his Release Condition and Driving while Disqualified.
Kyle Anton SOLOMON (22), Brampton, Ontario was arrested and is charged with;
– Fail to Comply with Recognizance
– Driving while Disqualified – court order
He was held in custody pending a court appearance (bail) at the Ontario Court of Justice in Cornwall.
